ABOUT THE INSTITUTE

The Institute of Internet History is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-organization made up by IT professionals, academics and researchers. These individuals donate their time and energy to the task of researching and recording Internet history. Clearly, this is by its very nature an ongoing effort, and the institute has to divide its scarce resources between research into less well recorded areas of the past, and recording the present "history as it happens".
